This tool is designed to give you a general idea of the font, color and layout of your custom product and is not an exact representation of the final product. Font style, sizes and colors my appear slightly different on the actual product.

The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making an online purchase at WEST EMBROIDERY.
1. General
You can shop our product through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at westembroidery@yahoo.com All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. WEST EMBROIDERY reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. WEST EMBROIDERY holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.
2. Custom Orders:
All custom orders take between 7-10 business days to complete, not including transit time. Average shipping time for ground orders is 3-10 days. 3day, 2day and overnight shipping also available.
Return Policy:
Please make sure all personalization is correct (spelling, upper/lower case) as custom items cannot be returned and orders cannot be changed once the order is in process.

a. Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are sent by USPS or FedEx depending on the country you reside in. You will recieve a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. WEST EMBROIDERY will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received.
b. Uncollected packages
We will charge 25 USD for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately (24 hours after you placed the order). This are personalized items and can not be return or cancelled once the are manufactured.
3. Payment
You have the following options:
- Paypal ( Paypal credit card option)
When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. WEST EMBROIDERY reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. WEST EMBROIDERY can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.
4. Returns and exchanges
Please make sure all personalization is correct (spelling, upper/lower case) as custom items cannot be returned and orders cannot be changed once the order is in process.

Refunds
You will recieve a full refund ONLY is the order is cancelled in the first twenty four (24HRS), when you placed your order. The refund will be via the same payment method as. It may take up to 7 days before the money reaches your account.
Our returns policy
You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 24 ours after you purchase the products. This are customized items and once they are manufactured they can not be returned.
b. Claims
If the product is defect, damaged or if the return is due to a mistake made by us, we will in this case bear or reimburse the delivery cost. Please report the reclamation to our customer service before returning the product, then return the product together with your receipt to this address:
